Dissemination and good practice
A dyslexia-friendly approach is not just the concern of one person – it is for all those working with dyslexic individuals. Dissemination of good practice to colleagues is an imperative to avoid isolated support, to maximise the contribution of the individual, and to ensure the organisation is not breaking the law! Institute-wide sharing and support mechanisms are important, with due deference to the needs and the wishes of the dyslexic individual.
