pro-competence supports professional education and training by applied research particularly by giving assistance to the management of projects, development of methodical concepts and learning materials for training and further education at regional, national and international level.
pro-competence supports actors in the field of professional training by:
- Project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance
- Development and/or evaluation of education concepts and learning materials and of new ways of learning
pro-competence has specific expertise in
- Counselling on foreign language acquisition tailored to motivation and needs and development of intercultural competence
- Support to integration of immigrants
- Human resources and knowledge management
- Innovation issues in SMEs
Particular expertise is also available in the fields of applied research concerning didactical models and of accompanying monitoring and evaluation. Project accompanying evaluation has been carried out successfully in EU funded Leonardo da Vinci and Sokrates projects as well as in regional and national projects promoted by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
