EF is a regional training and consulting centre. Its activities are mostly oriented towards promotion of ICT in education and support to equal opportunities. Target group are socially disadvantaged people: disabled, elderly people, young people, young dyslexic adults. EF supports the removal of barriers in education and on the labour market. Part of its activities is training the trainers in soft skills and implementation of student-centred approach. IT experts of EF have created e-learning tools and games supporting usage of ICT in education (e.g. www.modularte.cz - simulation of IT network). We have participated on development of simulation IT careers for girls by learning game (SITCOM). EF is experienced in national (ESF) projects, e.g. Teleworking, Let’s work and European, e.g. Digital Aided Guide for Fathers-to-be, Culture management, Back to School.
EF cooperates with public, government and non-government organizations (Centre for healthy disabled people, Regional authority of Zlin, Centre of educational care).
